Our Values

Belonging

We foster a sense of belonging by creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every learner feels valued and accepted. We encourage diverse perspectives and accelerate the uniqueness of each learner. We implement mentorship programs and group activities to promote a sense of community among our learners.

Resilence

We teach students the importance of resilience by emphasizing the value of persistence and learning from failures. We provide resources and support systems to help learners overcome challenges. We encourage a growth mindset, where setbacks are viewed as opportunities for growth and learning.

Integrity

We uphold high moral and ethical standards with the school community. Promote honesty, fairness, and accountability among students and staff. We implement an honour code and teach learners about the importance of ethical decision-making. We model integrity through the behaviour of teachers and administrators.

Collaboration

We emphasize the significance of teamwork and collaboration. We provide opportunities for collaborative learning projects and group activities where learners can work together to solve problems and achieve common goals. We teach effective communication and interpersonal skills to enhance collaboration among students.

Kindness

We create a culture of kindness where acts of compassion and empath are encouraged and celebrated. Implement anti-bullying programs, teach conflict resolution skills, and recognize and reward acts of kindness to reinforce positive behaviour. We encourage students to actively practice empathy and consider the feelings of others.

Service

We instill a sense of responsibility by promoting community serving and giving back to others. Organize service-learning projects that allow learners to engage with their local community and address real-world issues. Teach the importance of civic engagement and global citizenship. Encourage students to develop a lifelong commitment to serving others.
