Our volunteer fundraising team at CHA organizes various events and programs to build community and raise funds for the school.

Parent involvement is crucial to our school’s success. We value the hard work, donations, and contributions of our families. Our volunteer fundraising team at CHA organizes various events and programs to build community and raise funds for the school.

As an independent school, we rely solely on the financial support of our families and friends to fund our capital expenses. This includes acquiring and developing our land, building and renovating facilities, as well as equipping and furnishing our classrooms. Through donation programs and fundraising events, we are able to cover these costs and more each year. The generosity of our community is crucial to our continued success.

Not-So Silent Auction | November 14, 2026

Annually, we come together for a highlight of the year: “Not So Silent Auction”. This is an formal fun evening for the parents in our community to gather, share and invest in our school. We hold a live auction on donated items and services donated by our local community.

Past items have included Vancouver Canucks box seats, concert tickets, jewelry, designer handbags, spa services, gift cards, gift baskets, children’s toys, student-painted pottery, and so much more.

Sponsorship is more than a gift—it is a partnership. When you become a sponsor, you are investing in our students, their education, and our community, while also gaining meaningful recognition among families, community members, and local leaders. Together, we can equip students with the tools, programs, and opportunities they need to thrive. Spring Fete | May

Each May our community team plans a fun afternoon of games, prizes, food and entertainment for our students, families and friends. To get involved, plan, or contribute; contact our community advisor community@chacademy.ca

Hot Lunch | Year Round

The hot lunch program at CHA is available to all learners and faculty as an optional offering. We work with outside vendors to provide a diverse selection of lunch options for our community five-days per week. Our lunch options range from $8-15 per day and cater to various dietary and palate preferences. All proceeds generated from our hot lunch programs benefit our annual fund.
