Crescent Heights operates as a not-for-profit organization, with tuition fees covering operational expenses such as teacher salaries, learning resources, and facility maintenance. Additional enhancements and financial aid are made possible through generous donations from Crescent Heights families.
CHA utilizes an Automated Fund Transfer system as our preferred method of payment for tuition and fees. This system will only be used for the expressed and sole purpose of tuition, fee payments, and the optional donation.
Upon enrollment, the tuition deposit and the registration fee are due. In addition to the annual tuition, all students are expected to participate in the one-time refundable Campus Capital Program.
Annual tuition is paid in advance, starting in April of the year before your child begins classes, with the final payment due in January. We offer three payment options: a single payment, a five-payment plan, or an eight-payment plan.
All fees are subject to change for the 2027–2028 school year, with historical annual increases typically ranging from 5% to 8%.

The Campus Capital Program is a non-interest bearing deposit to Crescent Heights Academy, aimed at securing the school’s future and enhancing educational opportunities for students. The CCP is due in May prior to attending classes, if enrolling after May then the CCP is due within 3 months of enrollment.

Other Costs to Consider
Upon admission, parents are required to take part in the Campus Capital Program. This program is funding our capital project of building a K-12 stand alone facility. The commitment is $15,000 per child to a maximum of $25,000 per family. These contributions are returnable to the family upon graduation or transfer within 3 months of the final date of enrollment.
We invite families to make an optional tax-deductible donation to help purchase “extras” for our programs. Last year, donations helped purchase technology, robotics, new classroom seating, and instructional resources.
Students in grades 10-12 are required to purchase student supplies for their child. Use the link below to purchase a pre-assembled kit, or source your own items.
An extra fee for outdoor education expenses is expected for all students in grade 1-10, these range from $25-$600 depending on the grade.

Rates are based on annual enrollment in the CHA OSC program.
Students in grades 8 to 12 are required to purchase and bring wi-fi enabled laptop with a keyboard and charger for daily lessons.
Please note that certain software programs must be downloaded on student devices to ensure security, safety and accountability.

Financial Assistance
We believe in providing equal educational opportunities to students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. To achieve this, we offer personalized tuition plans to new students entering Grades 7 to 11, based on their financial need. Families meeting the criteria of academic excellence and demonstrated financial need, as evaluated by a third-party service using documents such as tax returns, may qualify for partial or full support.

Applications for financial assistance are considered after a student has been offered a space at Crescent Heights Academy.
Cancellations or Withdrawals
Crescent Heights Academy makes significant financial commitments each year for staffing, facilities, and ongoing operations, all of which are based on student registrations for the full academic year. These operating expenses are also not reduced when a student is absent, withdraws, or is dismissed through expulsion. As such, enrollment of your child/ren includes an unconditional obligation to pay tuition and fees for the full academic year.
In the unlikely event that the student does not attend, withdraws from the school for any reason, or is dismissed by Crescent Heights Academy, the following Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy will apply and be deducted from the amount of tuition fees that are eligible to be refunded:
If a student is withdrawn between the date of enrollment and April 30, only the tuition deposit and registration fee, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If a student is withdrawn between May 1 and May 31, a 20% Cancellation/Withdrawal fee of the total tuition fee will apply. This 20% fee includes the non-refundable tuition deposit.
If a student is withdrawn between June 1 and August 31, a 30% Cancellation/Withdrawal fee of the total tuition fee will apply. This 30% fee also includes the non-refundable tuition deposit.
If a student is withdrawn between September 1st and October 31st, a 40% Cancellation/Withdrawal fee of the total tuition fee will apply. This 40% fee also includes the non-refundable tuition deposit.
If a student is withdrawn after October 31st, no tuition fees will be refunded.
If a student is expelled from the school, no tuition fees will be refunded.
You also agree to be responsible for, in addition to tuition fees, all costs, reasonable attorney’s fees, and other expenses, which we may incur in the enforcement of this contract.
Delinquent and Overdue Accounts
All overdue accounts will bear a late charge at the rate of 1.5% per month on unpaid balances over 30 days past due. Interest is charged from the first day after the due date. Failure to make the required payment as outlined in this agreement may jeopardize your child’s enrollment with the School.
If student fees remain unpaid at the end of any term, the student will not be permitted to return to class until the account has been brought up to date. In the event that an account remains unpaid at the end of any year, the student will not be permitted to return to Crescent Heights Academy until the amount owed is fully paid.
Amounts that remain unpaid at the end of the year, without a payment plan in place, will be submitted to collections. By virtue of this agreement, you agree to be responsible for, in addition to tuition fees, all costs, reasonable attorney’s fees, and other expenses, which we may incur in the enforcement of this contract.
